Swedish born guitarist Anders Landelius
(a.k.a. Slidin’ Slim) grew up listening to Jerry Lee,
Chuck Berry and
Fats Domino and formed his first band at age 12. In the early ‘90s, he
discovered American Delta Blues and musicians Son
House, Charlie Patton and
Robert Johnson and that has been his
musical focus since then. Slim has released a number of CD's and toured in
Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Poland, The Netherlands and the USA. He is
nominated for the 2011 Janne Rosenqvist Memorial Prize, the finest award a
Scandinavian blues musician can get!
